Yes, it’s completely free. We will never ask for any payment and no card is required. It is offered by Swiss Stem Cell Biotech as a service to Swiss families.
Five video lessons, approximately 25 minutes each. After registration you receive a personal access link by email: watch the lessons whenever and wherever you want, on your phone or computer.
Ideally between week 20 and 36, but you can sign up at any time — even at the last minute. The lessons remain available without expiry.
The lessons are in video format. For specific questions you can contact us by email or WhatsApp: we will answer you or connect you with a midwife.
The course is designed for the Swiss healthcare system (hospital procedures, documents, birth center), so it is particularly useful if you will give birth in Switzerland. You can still sign up from anywhere.
You will only receive useful communications to access the course and some in-depth content about pregnancy. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
