Answers to the questions our mums-to-be ask most often.
Yes, it’s completely free. We will never ask you for any payment and there’s no need to enter a card. It is offered by Swiss Stem Cell Biotech as a service to Swiss families.
Five video lessons, around 25 minutes each. After signing up you receive personal access by email: watch the lessons whenever and wherever you like, on your phone or computer.
Ideally between the 20th and 36th week, but you can sign up at any time — even at the last minute. The lessons stay available with no expiry date.
The lessons are in video format. For specific questions you can contact us by email or WhatsApp: we’ll reply ourselves or put you in touch with a midwife.
The course is designed for the Swiss healthcare system (hospital procedures, documents, the maternity unit), so it’s particularly useful if you’ll be giving birth in Switzerland. You can still sign up from anywhere.
